Our land use planning team provides a wide range of planning services for municipal, private, and commercial needs. Our planners have the expertise to help the private customer with a variety of land use applications through all stages of the process -- from site planning to permit reviews and public hearings. Our experience with municipal planning experiences spans a combined 30 years, and includes long-range planning, day-to-day zoning administration, code updates, comprehensive planning, grant writing, zoning and comprehensive plan map updates, and public outreach.
